All Rinslow products are shipped as genuine products from Korea.

Shipping: It will cost from Korea to your country
The product price and shipping cost do not include customs duties and taxes of the destination country.
Tariffs and taxes are calculated upon arrival in the destination country, charged to the buyer or recipient, and the goods are delivered after payment.

US-Delivery - Delivery services are not available in areas outside the US mainland, such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, Alaska, other US territories, and US military bases (APOs).

Singapore - Affected: Orders over SGD400 (product price + shipping) will be subject to tax and customs duties.

Singaporean customers should order SGD 300 or less.

Customers who place other orders are also asked to check their country's tariffs and taxes before placing an order.

You are responsible for all taxes and duties, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or order cancellations due to refusal of delivery.

The customer is 100% responsible for any taxes based on the country of destination's customs and purchase amount.

You are obligated to pay the duties and taxes calculated after the goods arrive in the destination country.
Due to customs and tax issues, we charge the customer for customs clearance fees, warehouse fees, management fees, and round-trip shipping fees for the return.


The company is not responsible for items that are rejected due to customs duties due to refusal to pay customs-related amounts, prohibited goods, or other customs-related issues. If a rejected item is returned, it is all your responsibility and the company is not obligated to reship it.

Singapore: 9% tax rate
Australia - 10% GTS Tax Rate
Norway - 25% VAT

Canada - Value Added Tax and Tariffs are imposed on orders over £135.
UK - Value Added Tax will be imposed on orders over $20 CA.
Israel - Tariffs are imposed on orders over $75.
