If you receive a damaged or misdelivered item, you can request a partial refund within 3 days of receiving the item. We do not accept returns for the entire order. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to start the partial refund process.

If a partial refund is approved for the above reasons, the refund may be processed using the original payment method and may take approximately 2-15 business days to complete. If the company determines that there is a problem with fraud or partial refund requests, it reserves the right to limit the request. All approvals are determined at the discretion of the company.


Partial refund/return (refund) procedure

1) If you make a one-on-one call to the Rinslow Customer Center, you must include the following information in your request (otherwise, you may be denied a return (refund))

- Order Number - Photo of a damaged or misdelivered product
※ If you receive the wrong item, please attach a picture of the shipping label attached to the item.

2) After receiving your inquiry, we will review the details and proceed with the partial refund process.

Partial refund is possible only if the product is defective. The following cases are not eligible for partial refund.

- If the customer changes their mind and no longer wants to purchase the product

- If the product has already been shipped - if the product has not been purchased from Rinslow - if the customer has purchased the wrong product

- If the item is returned due to customer reasons (mistake address, absence of recipient, unpaid customs, etc.)

- Delivery error not confirmed within 3 days of delivery

- If the product is intentionally damaged - if the product is being used

- When you return the item, you are asked to change the color or product options

- Other
