Orders
Once you have the item you want, simply add it to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Products in your cart will only be ordered once you have completed the payment process successfully.
If you placed an order and paid but still did not receive an order email, please access the order menu to check the status of your order.
Email addresses such as Hot Mail, Outlook, iCloud may not be received successfully.
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
After that, you can check the shipping status by entering the tracking number after delivery at the store.
You can check it if you go into the order menu.
Tariffs and taxes may be imposed if the amount paid exceeds the limit of each country. You have to pay both customs and taxes, so you can check with your country's customs before purchasing.

Credit card and cash transfer are available through PayPal, which connects when paying.
Paypal allows you to pay by entering your account directly without having to connect your account or card.

It may differ from the amount displayed in the local currency due to changes in the amount of the order or exchange rate based on the set date of the credit card company or bank.
Also, when you use overseas, you will be charged an overseas transaction fee from a credit card company or bank, so please refer to it.
Shipping
International logistics are transported using air services, and when it passes through customs, it is delivered in connection with the country's delivery service.
Shipping times will vary, as all items are shipped directly from the dealer. Within the US Parcels usually arrive between 2-3 weeks after your order. Bulky items usually arrive 3-5 weeks after your order.

If you want non-face-to-face delivery and lose it, you cannot get a refund or resend it.
You can check the delivery status on the delivery page and contact the shipping company directly for help.
There may be a problem with the shipping company, so please check the status of tariffs or taxes that you have to pay to each shipping company or customs.
Since it is shipped overseas, you need to check it directly at the customs of the recipient's country of arrival.
Redelivery and refund are not possible if all tariffs and taxes have not been paid, including cases where customs is confiscated or customs clearance is not possible.

Exchange refund Returns
RINSWLOW does not accept exchanges or returns.
In case of wrong delivery, we will issue a partial refund. You must contact the customer center within 3 days of delivery or apply by e-mail at rinslow@rinslow.com .
